When will the Virtual Resource be Available?2021-01-07T15:17:25+00:00

The virtual resource is available now via the Mayfair Clubs member app. As part of our FREE TRIAL PERIOD, all members, active and inactive, have access to use this resource with no commitment or fees.

Once the FREE TRIAL PERIOD ends, we will be offering the Virtual as part of your active membership once our facilities re-open at no additional cost. If you do not wish to activate your membership upon our re-opening, you can purchase our Virtual Only membership via a monthly subscription. Please speak to your Club Manager to set this up.

Our Virtual Memberships (includes Online Social Club) is included FREE OF CHARGE for active Mayfair Clubs members.

Inactive members are welcome to purchase a Virtual Membership (includes Online Social Club) at $68.00 + HST billed monthly. Email your Club Manager to purchase.

Inactive members are also welcome to purchase only our Virtual Social Club membership at $22.00 +HST billed monthly. Learn more.

 

I am not currently an Active Mayfair Clubs member. My membership is on hold. Can I access the Virtual offerings?2021-01-12T17:43:38+00:00

Yes. Currently ALL Mayfair Clubs (Inactive and Active) members can access our virtual offerings as part of our FREE TRIAL ACCESS.

Once the free trial period ends, only active Mayfair Clubs members will be able to access our virtual offerings. Inactive or Frozen members are able to purchase a Virtual Membership. Speak to your Club Manager for more detail.

In order to access the Virtual Resource, you must either be an Active Mayfair Clubs member or have purchased a Virtual Membership. The Virtual Resource is accessible via the home page within the Mayfair Clubs app. Visit our Getting Started Guide for more information.

Fitness classes are available on demand within our library and via live weekly classes. You can see the current live schedule here.

What is the difference between MayfairClubs.com and MayfairClubsOnline.com2020-06-24T21:38:41+00:00

We created the online resource mayfairclubsonline.com as a supplemental resource for our members. This online resource will permanently house all of our online programs and content. In order to allow for online program registration and payment, we are using a third party payment system. This is to make it easier for Members and Non-Members to access, register and pay for our programs. MayfairClubs.com will continue to be your home base for all of our in-club and on-site programs.

 

Why do I have to give my account information to register for Online Programs when I am already a Mayfair Clubs member?2020-11-11T19:05:08+00:00

Our online system is not currently connected to our Mayfair Membership database. When you first use this new online registration platform, you will need to enter all of your contact details and payment information. Once you’re set up, your information will be saved in your account for future use.

Unfortunately we are only offering our Virtual Membership to Mayfair Clubs members. This may change in the future, but for now – you must be a Mayfair Clubs member.

What Is your Cancellation Policy for Virtual Memberships?2020-12-07T19:15:41+00:00

Cancellation Policy

Inactive members can purchase a Virtual Membership for $68.00. This amount will be billed monthly to your member account. Members can cancel at the end of the first 30 days without notice.  After the first 30 days, this membership is considered month-to-month (similar to our regular memberships after the initial 12 month period). Members can cancel their Virtual Membership with 30 Days Notice in writing to your Club Manager.
