Connecting your audio and video

Step 1: Approve your browser to access your camera & mic

Upon entering your live streaming activity for the first time on any device or browser, you must allow the app/browser to access your microphone and camera. (A)

Note: if you bypass or block access your virtual streaming access will be limited (B). You will have to ensure you select “Allow” in your browser’s settings.

Ex. Approval pop up to access camera & mic (on WEB BROWSER)

Please “Allow” access. The access will only allow the app the permission to use your camera and microphone.

Note: Your camera and microphone will never be turned on without your permission. You can manage these during your live stream.

This is the example of the approval pop up on a mobile device. 

Step 2: Select your camera and video source for streaming

Once you approve browser access to your camera and audio. You will have the option to select a camera and audio source connected to your device.

By default your device will select it’s internal camera and audio. If you have an external camera or audio ensure they are connected and selected.
