Troubleshooting FAQ

Can’t Hear Anything?2020-12-17T18:16:57+00:00
  1. Make sure you allowed the app access to your camera and mic. A pop-up will display when you go to join the class. You can always turn off your mic once you’ve joined.
  2. Make sure you have the latest version of the Mayfair Clubs app.
  3. Make sure the browser that you are using to access the class has it’s settings to allow for Mic access.

iPhone:
-Go to settings
-Safari
-Scroll to SETTINGS FOR WEBSITES
-Select Microphone and check “Ask”

Android:
-Go to browser settings
-apps
-Chrome (or your preferred browser)
-permissions
-Select Microphone and check “allow”

Make sure your browser settings allow for Camera access. You can always turn off your camera once you’ve joined the class.
