Troubleshooting FAQ
- Make sure you allowed the app access to your camera and mic. A pop-up will display when you go to join the class. You can always turn off your mic once you’ve joined.
- Make sure you have the latest version of the Mayfair Clubs app.
- Make sure the browser that you are using to access the class has it’s settings to allow for Mic access.
iPhone:
-Go to settings
-Safari
-Scroll to SETTINGS FOR WEBSITES
-Select Microphone and check “Ask”
Android:
-Go to browser settings
-apps
-Chrome (or your preferred browser)
-permissions
-Select Microphone and check “allow”
Make sure your browser settings allow for Camera access. You can always turn off your camera once you’ve joined the class.
